Johnathan Gage

Work History
Assistant Chief Gage began working for the Kilgore Police Department in March 5, 1998. He joined the Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission in January 2003. In May of 2004, Gage returned to Kilgore Police Department as a Patrol Officer and was promoted to Patrol Sergeant in October 2005. Asst. Chief Gage also served as a member of the Longview S.W.A.T. Team from 2007 to 2010.  He was  promoted to Support Lieutenant in 2012 and was assigned as the Patrol Lieutenant in June 2014. He was promoted to Assistant Chief in October 2019.
