Can I move a mobile or manufactured home into the city limits?

Manufactured homes are only allowed in a licensed Manufactured Home Park or if you as a property owner are replacing your manufactured home.  Rules for replacement are 1). The manufactured home can be no older that five years old at the time of permitting 2). The manufactured home must be at least the same size or larger than the one that is being replaced 3). You must own the property and manufactured home and be living in the home for a replacement to be allowed. 4). The manufactured home on the lot can only be replaced one time. Absolutely no mobile home are allowed within the city limits.
