The City of Kilgore Has issued a boil water notice which you can read
here.The Water pressure in the system has dropped to levels that require any water for human consumption to be boiled prior to usage. Please cease using any unnecessary water now. Do not open your faucets and do not fill your bathtubs. Unfortunately, this evening the system is being plagued with water main leaks that are overwhelming our ability to produce and supply water. Please stay safe and do your part to help conserve.
