Two lifeguards at Kilgore City Pool have tested positive for Covid-19. Following guidelines set out by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the pool will be closed temporarily.
The City’s Director of Special Services and his staff are notifying individuals known to have had contact with those two lifeguards.
We will be taking this time to isolate our staff in accordance with CDC guidelines and sanitize our facility, we hope to be able to reopen as early as next Monday, July 13th.
