This portable alarm system is used to detect unwanted entry i
nto buildings, residences, or any other type of enclosure. It has several detectors, that once triggered immediately alerts the Kilgore Police Department that an intruder may be present at the location where it has been deployed. This system is highly portable and is currently being placed into service. It can be used where there has been a string of thefts, burglaries, or in an attempt to capture possible suspects. Deployment is based on recent crime activity at a location and probability crime will reoccur based on an evaluation by the Police Department. The Kilgore Police Department is pleased to have this tool in place to help us protect our Community and Citizens from crime.
