Clergy and Police Alliance (CAPA)
The Kilgore Police Department has long recognized that clergy and their congregations are an abundant and dynamic community resource. In order to more fully engage the faith-based community in our combined Community Policing concept, the Kilgore Police Department developed a Clergy and Police Alliance (CAPA) program.

Kilgore Bulldogs Against Drugs (KBAD)
Kilgore Independent School District has partnered with the Kilgore Police Department to bring KBAD into the schools. KBAD is a great program that has been implemented to provide students with more education and incentives to stay away from harmful substances, including drugs, tobacco, and alcohol.
