The general city offices at the City Administration Building and the Public Safety Building are open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. 

These offices are closed in observance of the following holidays:

The Public Safety Departments, Police and Fire, and the Water Utility Treatment Plants operate rotating shifts to provide services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
