B.J. Owen, General Services Director

Mr. Owen started his career with the City in January of 1996, in the Maintenance department. He began inspecting in 1999. Mr. Owen is a cerified building inspector, licensed plumbing inspector, certified electrical inspector, certified vector control operator and is trained by the USDA the TDSHS and the FDA as a health inspector. He also carries advanced certifications in animal control and euthanasia.
